Benedict first appeared in 2001 at the young age of 16. Got a job at McDonald's, set himself up, and sought out his twin sister, Alicia. He didn't know then what he knows now, which is so much more than just about anyone could suspect. Now he has shown back up in St. Claire and has been a Detective with the SCPD, transplanted in from the LAPD where he was a well known and well placed Sergeant on S.W.A.T.. Why he took the downgraded pay and less front-line position to come back to a place where so few people remain that he would remember, or that would remember him? Anyone's guess. In the meantime, he has taken on the role as adopted father to a Baptised baby born of Black Spirals in true Child of Gaia fashion. He's grown attached to young Cassidy, and is a cop. Lots of guns. Just saying.

Also, he's a fledgling Mage.
